Managed resources needed to implement the project and maintain budgets, successfully completing all projects on time and under budget. Doubled tooling and machine capacity, added second shift to meet accelerated delivery schedule of 10,000 cots per month. All employees worked with pride and honor under my demands, schedules, requirements and management to provide our troops with on time deliveries under extreme times. Awarded Defense Logistics Agency recognition plaque for meeting the accelerated need of supplies for our troops overseas during Operation Desert Storm.
